After completing his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Piraeus (BSc, MSc) and undergoing professional training at Deloitte, John Rigas built his career in the Big 4 as a Tax Consultant and Auditor. He also served as Head of Accounting for Greek and multinational companies. His expertise spans Greek and international taxation for both businesses and individuals. Since 2022, he has been operating his own tax firm in Greece, and in 2024, he became τthe founding Partner at Nexus Apex Partners.

Elias is currently a Senior Partner of Lardas and Associates LLP and also its founder. He practices law since 1995, and focuses on litigation regarding corporate and civil law. His practice also includes criminal litigation mostly in the area of white collar crimes. He also serves as general counsel for corporations in numerous industries.

Leonidas has worked in the field of Public Affairs and Communications for over 10 years. More specifically he has worked for Hill+Knowlton, where he managed on behalf of the European Commission the project EU in my Region across 8 countries, the Greek Parliament, Atlas Network and The Fund for American Studies in Washington D.C. 

Leonidas received his M.A in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University – SAIS as a Stavros Niarchos Scholar and holds a B.A in International Relations from Panteion University of Athens. In 2011 and 2012 Leonidas was also a scholar of The Fund for American Studies and Georgetown University. 

Gregory Grigoriou is the founder of Gr. Grigoriou Law Firm in Athens and an attorney admitted to the Athens Bar Association and the Supreme Court of Greece. He combines strong advocacy skills with business-minded judgment, advising clients on tax, public, corporate and commercial matters.He is also specialised in civil and inheritance law. His academic background includes an LL.B. from the University of Athens, an LL.M. in Public Law from Bordeaux IV and Athens Law School, a postgraduate professional diploma in Taxation, and international experience with the World Council of Churches in Geneva.

Panagiotis is currently a Senior Partner of Lardas and Associates LLP. He practices law since 2005, and focuses on litigation regarding corporate and civil law. His practice also includes general criminal litigation. He also serves as general counsel for corporations in numerous industries. He is skilled in all forms of dispute resolution, including (civil and commercial) litigation. He handles litigation involving a wide variety of issues, such as product liability, insurance law, criminal defense, general compensation, plus general commercial disputes.

Katerina Antoni, a graduate of the University of Chalkida, brings over 14 years of experience in accounting and taxation. She joined the Greek team in 2022 and specializes in business accounting.

Katerina Zotou holds a degree in Accounting from the University of West Attica. Her professional experience focuses on individual taxation and real estate taxation, where she has developed strong expertise in advising clients on compliance and tax-efficient planning. At the firm, she continues to specialize in these areas, providing accurate, timely, and client-centered tax support.
